SHIPPING

All orders are usually ready for dispatch within 24 hours. In addition, any orders placed before noon are processed the same day. Thereafter, we provide you with a tracking number to guide you with the estimated delivery date. Please check your spam/junk mail folder in case you have not received the shipping notification.

- International: 4-7 working days

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to return an item. Please use the return form you received with your order. Complete the returns form using the most appropriate code to explain the reason for your return and place it with the item(s) you wish to return in the parcel. You can also request a new returns form by emailing returns@oakishop.com if necessary.

The item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please ensure it is also protected in the polythene bag it arrived in. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned items, the refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds are generally issued within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
